Grain Free Sweet Potato Bread

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Loaf Pan


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Mashed Sweet Potato (cooked ahead of time)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Baking powder
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • Chocolate Chips


  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, then add mashed sweet potato and vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients to the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Add your chocolate chips to the mixture, or save them for on top. Feel free to also do half inside, half on top.
  • Pour into a parchment lined bread pan, add chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes
  • Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
