I missed the first day of fall and I'm fresh out o

I missed the first day of fall and I'm fresh out of pumpkin, so today I'm sharing my TOAST (english muffin, but hey we are tryin). There's something so satisfying about a pool of PB and blueberry chia jam. There's also something satisfying about not having to use silverware at breakfast and eating off paper towels. Quasi quarantine has really brought out the homemaker in me ;)⁣

Blueberry jam: heat 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 TBSP chia seeds, 1 TBSP water and 1 TBSP maple syrup on the stovetop. Boil, cool and ENJOY 💜 Store in the fridge.

Happy monday everyone! I hope today brings you all sorts of goodness. 💕 If you've been following along I have been meditating daily for ~2 months. I let myself slip 1 day, 3 days, a couple weeks and now here we are. Making myself and positive habits a priority this week! Whose with me? Daily habits absolutely shape your life.⁣ 🤸🏽‍♀️

1/2 cup oats, 1C nut milk, 2 TBSP pumpkin puree, 1 TBSP maple syrup & a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice! Cooked on the stovetop. Topped mine with @purely_elizabeth granola

Soaking in the last few weeks (days??) of summer with crunchy fresh salads. 🥬You saw me make this one in stories a few weeks ago and it’s been on repeat! So delicious and easy- save for lunch or dinna 🙌🏻🤗⁣

Base of arugula⁣
Cucumber⁣
Sliced red peppers⁣
Carrot ribbons (use a peeler)⁣
Toasted peanuts (toasted stovetop)⁣
Sesame seeds⁣
⁣
Dressing is my go to Asian style✨⁣
2 TBSP almond butter⁣
2 TBSP rice vinegar⁣
4 TBSP coconut aminos ⁣
2 TBSP HOT water⁣
Shake it up and store in the fridge⁣
⁣

Easy peasy paleo pancake bites for simple snackin! I always want to be a savory snacker but that’s just not me 🤸🏽‍♀️ I’m always reaching for somethin sweet 💜 save if you’re with me 😋⁣

For this recipe you will need a bag of @birchbenders paleo pancake mix! Honestly it’s is a pantry staple 🙌🏻 ⁣

1 cup @birchbenders paleo mix⁣
3/4 cup water ⁣
1 egg⁣
Chocolate chips ⁣
⁣
Mix it all together, fill muffin liners or molds 2/3 the way up and bake at 350 for 18 mins! ⁣
⁣
Store in the fridge and enjoy ✨

Vanilla avocado smoothie! I love kicking off my day with a creamy green smoothie full of all the goodness. Truly a daily craving and makes me feel like i have it all together 😅⁣

It's a hot and STEAMY day in Michigan with 91% humidity!! 🤸🏽‍♀️ I'll be over here trying desperately not to turn the oven on today lol. Enjoy today my friends, it will be GOOD. 💕⁣

1 cup liquid⁣
1 serving vanilla protein (@nuzest_usa code is alyssa)⁣
1/4 cup frozen avocado⁣
1/2 cup frozen butternut squash⁣
handful of frozen spinach⁣

BLEND! I use a vitamix which is great for getting a creamy frozen treat. I topped with @fage greek yogurt, peanut butter and @foragerproject grain free cereal 🙌🏻

Enjoying one of my last berry salads before FALL g

Enjoying one of my last berry salads before FALL gets here 😱 I cannot believe it's September next week! Sheldon and I have been on a "big salad" once a week kick and this one was the star of summer. Save and make it before we move to all things pumpkin, squash, figs, and more! 💜⁣

#whatsonmyplate- finely chopped lettuce and basil tossed in a lemon vinaigrette (key to have something flavorful) and olive oil. Add diced strawberries and cucumber, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts and CRISPY chickpeas! 🤗 I added grilled chicken too.⁣⁣⁣

Crispy chickpeas- rinse and dry chickpeas, toss in a little oil and salt, air fry for 14ish mins at 400. Oven- bake at 400 for ~40 minutes.⁣
