My Holistic Approach
My approach to healthy eating focuses on nutrients and ingredients. Instead of creating lists of restrictions along with good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes all while enjoying delicious food. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated.
Although I am based in metro Detroit, we can work together no matter your location! I am available to meet via phone or Skype, please let me know your preference.

What is a health coach? A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness consultant who helps clients feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes. Each program is set up to meet client’s unique needs and health goals. Health coaches help support with nutrition and lifestyle modifications focusing on whole foods without breaking needs down to macro- and micronutrient level.
