Ok ok, the chocolate chips make it a bit sweeter too. Grain free sweet potato bread can be used at breakfast slathered in nut butter, a mid day snack, or a post dinner dessert! You might want to make two loaves at once to make sure there’s enough to share with friends and family!

Ingredients
To make this sweet potato bread, you will only need 7 ingredients (aside from baking powder and baking soda).
- eggs
- roasted sweet potato
- vanilla
- almond flour
- ground flaxseed
- cinnamon
- baking powder & soda
- chocolate chips

How to make Grain Free Sweet Potato Bread
This dish can easily be brought together in just one bowl under 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, then add mashed sweet potato and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add your chocolate chips to the mixture, or save them for on top. Feel free to also do half inside, half on top.
- Pour into a parchment lined bread pan, add chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
A better for you bread…
In this recipe I used almond flour instead of all purpose flour for a higher protein content with fewer carbohydrates. I also added flax seed for additional fiber, and used only sweet potato as the sweetener to keep it low in sugar. You can enjoy this bread 100% guilt free.
