Weather channel called for 8 inches of snow last n Weather channel called for 8 inches of snow last night and we maybe got 4 🤷🏽‍♀️ Still a day that calls for cozying up with SOUP though! This soup is so warming and nutrient dense, you'll want to save for later.⁣
⁣⁣
You need:⁣⁣
1/2 onion⁣⁣
2 TBSP garlic⁣⁣
3 ribs celery⁣⁣
2 C carrot⁣⁣
1 C parsnip⁣⁣
1/2 tsp onion powder⁣⁣
1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣⁣
1 TBSP lemon juice⁣⁣
7 C bone broth ⁣⁣
1 C water⁣⁣
Chicken (optional)⁣⁣
Noodles (optional)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
How to: SAUTE onion and garlic until fragrant. ⁣
ADD veggies and sauté 4-5 minutes. ⁣
Add LIQUID and seasonings and bring to a boil. Make sure veggies are somewhat soft and reduce to a covered simmer for 20 minutes. ⁣
⁣ADD chicken and cooked noodles in at the end if you're adding them and let simmer for another 5 minutes.  Top with parsley!⁣

CAKE BATTER BITES- makes 8⁣
½ Cup Almond Butter⁣
2 TBSP Maple Syrup⁣
1 TBSP Coconut Milk⁣
¼ TSP Almond Extract⁣
¼ TSP Vanilla Extract⁣
½ Cup Almond Flour⁣
1/8 TSP Salt Or just a pinch⁣
Sprinkles⁣
⁣
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla and almond extract to a bowl.⁣
- Mix until well combined.⁣
- Next, add in almond flour and salt.⁣
- Mix until a dough begins to form.⁣
- Fold in sprinkles.⁣
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, grab dough and roll into balls with your hands.⁣
- Set on parchment lined dish or baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.⁣
- Remove and enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer.⁣

1 Sweet Potato Small or medium. 8-10 oz⁣
2 TBSP Almond milk⁣
1 TSP Vanilla Extract⁣
1 TBSP Almond Butter⁣

Bake on 400 for 50-60 minutes⁣
REMOVE skin and “mash” in a stand mixer or use a hand mixer ⁣

once water is boiled, add eggs "softly" with a ladle. ⁣
boil for 7 minutes and immediately transfer to an ice bath ⁣
let them cool and peel! ⁣

HEALTHY BANANA OAT BARS! These are soft, chewy, an HEALTHY BANANA OAT BARS! These are soft, chewy, and make a perfect breakfast or snack. I love having something for those grab and go moments. SAVE or find them on my blog by searching "banana oat" 😋

3 Bananas Mashed
1 Cup Rolled Oats 
1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
1/4 TSP Salt
Chocolate Chips @letsbakebelieve 

MASH bananas and mix with the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips. 
PLACE batter into a parchment lined loaf tin. 
TOP with chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Let them cool completely and cut into 8 bars!
